Supreme Court Drops Jan. 6 Surprise: After 2 Years, 3 Appeals Get Accepted | Facts Matter

Nearly three full years after the events of Jan. 6, 2021, the U.S. Supreme Court has finally agreed to take on a case related to the nearly 300 defendants facing charges tied to that day. 

This case may have huge ramifications—not only for the plaintiffs in the lawsuit but also for almost everyone else who has been charged with “obstruction of Congress,” which includes former President Donald Trump himself.
