Bipartisan Senate Border Bill Unveiled

A bipartisan group of senators has unveiled a highly anticipated bill that includes border security measures as well as additional funding for Ukraine and Israel, which House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) has said is “dead on arrival” in the House. 

During a Jan. 28 appearance on CNN, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), one of the negotiators, announced that a border deal had been reached. Nearly a week later, lawmakers finally unveiled the long-awaited text of the bill (pdf).

The Legal War Raging Between the White House and Texas

In the brewing showdown between Texas and the Biden administration over the border crisis, the Lone Star state is embroiled in at least three lawsuits over its efforts to defend its borders. 

The state has erected physical barriers and implemented its own legal regime to prosecute and deport illegal aliens. 

The federal government has challenged those efforts, and with the legal battles ongoing, experts differ on whether the Lone Star’s campaign will be futile or fertile.

Report: J6 Pipe Bomber Was ‘Former’ Government Official

Over three years ago, on January 5, 2021, a suspect planted pipe bombs near the Washington DC RNC and DNC headquarters the night before the January 6, 2021 protests.  

The US Capitol was shut down on January 6 after the feds found the bombs near the Republican and Democrat Party headquarters.  

As previously reported — A mysterious suspect planted two pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC DC Headquarters and safely detonated by a bomb squad on January 6.

Report: Squad Member Cori Bush Under Criminal Investigation by DOJ

Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), a member of the far-left “Squad” in Congress, is reportedly under investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for allegedly misusing government funds meant for private security. 

Punchbowl News first reported that the DOJ is conducting the criminal probe into Bush. The outlet cited six sources for the allegation.

Biden Regime is Letting Illegal Aliens Fly Without Acceptable ID

Americans are livid at the Biden regime after it has been confirmed they are letting illegal aliens board flights in droves unimpeded even as the Regime warns of terror attacks.

Illinois Elections Board Votes to Keep Trump on the Ballot

The Illinois State Board of Elections voted to include former President Donald Trump on the state’s primary ballot following a recommendation from the board’s general counsel to dismiss the case. 

The board is a bipartisan one made of an equal number of Republicans and Democrats, who voted unanimously to dismiss the challenge. 

Board member Jack Vrett said the axiom “hard cases make bad law” applied to this case.
